Ok I’ll admit it… I’m self-conscious. Unknowingly I find a reason to doubt or dislike myself daily. I’ll post self-love memes all day, yet I bully myself when I forget to do laundry again. This constant dichotomy has been terrible for my mental health. I can’t love myself on good days, and criticize myself on bad days. And admit it, you can be harshly self-conscious of yourself too.
